Booking Deposit

Booking Deposit Terms & Conditions 

​

$50 deposit is required when making a booking. This deposit will be deducted of your total service bill when fulfilled. When making deposit, please use your name as the reference.

 

Please note that booking deposits are NON-refundable but can be transferred to another booking only once. We understand that circumstances change but if you need to reschedule, please notify us 5 days before your booking.  If you change or cancel your booking on previous 3 days or same day of your appointment,  deposit will not be refund or transfer to future booking. A cancellation means our hairdresser has prepared for her appointment and lost that booking spot, hence those 5 days will allow us to fill up your spot in case you need to change it.

On the day of your appointment, you can pay the balance of your service with cash, bank transfer or eftpos/card. Please be aware eftpos/card incurs extra fees.
